- O'Duffy Construction was established by James Duffy in 1992. Some said it was the worst time to start a new company but through hard work and determination, he managed to grow the business to not only support his growing family (12 Kids!!) but also to provide great wages and UNION benifits to all of the employees who have helped this company make it this far. James has raised his sons to have the same work ethics and hunger for success that got this company off the ground in '92 and will continue to grow for the future of the Duffy Family as well as their employees.
